What Could Cause Stomach Pain In The Morning, Vomiting Clear Fluid (occasionally Bloody) And Severe Nausea?

Hi, Ive Been Waking Up Early In The Morning For The PaSt Few With Stomach Pains, I Spent Atleast 30 Minutes On The Toilet. I Then Get Very Nauseous, Which Has ME THrowing Up Clear Fluid And sometimes Bloody. I Havent Been Eating For The Past Few Days Either. Can This Be A Serious Problem? Just To Add I Am Not Sexually Active.

Hi. This looks like GERD to me meaning Gastro-esophageal - reflux -disease . This occurs due to lax sphincter mechanism at lower end of esophagus. IF this is blood stained I would advise you to take an urgent opinion and Endoscopy by Gatro-enterologist. This can be a serious problem. To prove it is not a serious problem one has to undergo tests.
