What Could Cause Stomach Pain After Meal With All Lab Reports Normal?

Hi I Have a Questions. I Been Having Stomach Pain since January of this year. It Hurts bad when I eat something. I Had Abd.U/S, CT Scan done, Blood work done. All Normal. Also Had Colonscopy done-normal. What cause my pain. My Doctor can't figure whats wrong with me..Need Your Help..l

Thanks for your query.

Since you feel pain in stomach after eating,it indicates a pathology in the stomach and gastric ulcer is a possibility.Gastritis and gastric erosion are other possibilities.

Does blood come out with vomitus or stool(?Black colored)?

Although you have done many laboratory investigations but I would suggest you to get an endoscopy of upper GIT because this is the gold standard test for diagnosing peptic ulcer.

So my suggestion is :please consult with a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy of upper GIT to confirm the diagnosis.

Please do not be frustrated.Everything will be okay.
