What Could Cause Stomach Discomfort, Bulging Tummy And Diarrhoea, Also Have History Of Nephrectomy?

I used to get stomach pain on left side of my belly button especially when I am constipated little. I had undergone nephrectomy and there is a bulge on my left side of tummy. Right now I am having diarrhea for past few days, reason unknown, had spoor lac for three days. When I stopped sporlac it is back again but not too much. I do not feel my stomach is alright, always an uncomfortable feeling.
Thanks for your help

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned the frequency of diarrhoea, if it is less then 6 per day with semisolid consistency then this is nothing to worry, this will come around, and if this is more than 5 or 6 with watery diarrhoea, then this has to be treated, this could be infection (Intestinal ) I would advise you to have "Metronidazole" 400 mg twice a day for five days, take care and have good day.
