What Could Cause Soreness In Leg & Arm?

yes i was explaining to the doctor about my skin and what do i need to take da doctor told me i had hsv in june and i was treated with meds AND EVERY since then i been breaking out with sores on my legs and arms but i keep picking at them and after a while they just go away but sumtimes leave black spots i been tested for every std there is and all was negative except for the hsv so do i need to take something or go to a derm and it really seems like im having some kind of allergic reaction to something.so can you give me an idea what to do

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
