What Could Cause Skin Pigmentation?

My skin was always on the lighter side but since last 2..3 years, my skin has started to turn darker. I travel by bike everyday, can this be the reason? Also, I am 25 years old and don t have any medical condition. Please tell me how can I stop the akin darkening and get back to my normal skin color.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the darkening of the skin when you do not have any medical condition and when you travel by bike can be due to causes like sun tanning due to persisting exposure to sun..

I would suggest you to first of all take measures to reduce sun exposure like cover the exposed areas of the skin like by wearing full sleeved clothes and also cover your face with a scarf and wear sun protection gloves..
Always apply SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion..
Start exfoliating your skin with a face and body scrub twice a week..
Apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Apply Vitamin E gel..
You can also take full body steam and take a soft towel to scrub gently to remove dead skin..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
