Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there is an infection of the urinary tract, stone in the lower part of the ureter,or the rectum,or lower descending colon. The other possibility is the boil in front of the anus.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. besides other tests for confirmation of the diagnosis.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid untimely foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
