Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Here you have not described report of FNAC from swollen gland..... You had diagnosed previously with costochondritis...... In which ribs are tender to touch.... If stress and anxiety associated then chest pain can be aggravated ....so try to avoid stress..... If you have ebstein Barr virus or cytomegalo virus infection then temporary liver enzymes can be raised.... If pain very much troublesome then pulmonary function test by spirometry need to be done for further work up... If it is confirmed costochondritis then antiinflammatory drug can be tried. If facility available trans cutaneous electrical nerve stimulation also helpful.... If still need further investigation to rule out other causes CT scan can be helpful.....
