Hi,

Degenerative changes and osteophytes in the lower spine mean that you have osteoarthritis at this region.

You also mentioned having a shoulder and neck pain. This is a separate problem from your lower spine problem.

They may have many different causes including osteoarthritis, tendonitis, muscle spasm, bursitis, cervical discopathy, etc.

Drooping of the eye is also a separate condition which rings a bell for me. Sometimes it is a sign of a serious problem.

I cannot make a specific diagnosis having this little information, but I suggest you refer to a neurologist to have a detailed examination and maybe some tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
