What Could Cause Pain In Left Side Of Body, Back And Lower Abdomen With Growling, Gas And Paste Like Stool?

I have this condition on and off since past 3 years. Left side pain sometimes it spreads from head to lower abdomen. Many a times its left lower abdomen and recently its more left upper and lower abdomen with lot of growling, gas and paste like stool. From past one week I also have upper middle back pain on left side which is not towards the spine but periphery. I am a 29 year old female with no illness or medication.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the chronic symptoms of abdomen symptoms and it is not being diagnosed till even after the all test done then it could be nonspecific one and it may not be disease or ill condition and if no test done or it is yet to be done then better to get done the abdomen CT imaging with ultrasonography till then Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, here chronic infection may be the cause and for that better to get done stool culture sensitivity test hope this information helps.
