What could cause pain in feet and difficulty in walking in a 58-year-old?

Sudden pain in foot when I woke up a few days ago. Barely able to walk. Pain feels like is from a cramp. Pain has subsided and now other foot is the same. I did not fall. 58 year old male. On Losartan 100/25 HCTZ and Atenolol 25MG. Wondering whether it coul be side effects.
