Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

I read your query and can understand what you might be going through. Your husband seems to be having auditory hallucinations. This can occur in conditions like psychosis or even depression with psychotic symptoms. More details would be required to make a definitive diagnosis.

You must seek a psychiatric consultation for your husband. Proper evaluation will be required to establish a diagnosis and he might need treatment with anti-psychotics.

Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
