What Could Cause One Time Diarrhea Followed By Little Abdominal Pain?

Yesterday morning after i ate breakfast, i felt the urge to use the bathroom and it was diarrhea. I only had it that one time. I am fine today but have little abdominal pain. What exactly could have cause that one time diarrhea? and what could my diagnosis

I am so sorry to hear about this diarrhea after breakfast. From the information you have provided, this diarrhea was most likely caused by food intolerance or food poisoning. However it seems more likely to have been caused by the digestive system being unable to tolerate a component of the diet. If there is anything new you tried during this breakfast i will like you to monitor this and see whether it could have been the possible cause. For now, there is np reason to seek any further medical attention as the pain is mild and it was a one time observation. It should resolve pretty soon over a day or two.
