Morning sickness is very vommon complaint in 1 st trimester. To avoid this i would advise medicines like anti emetic plus antacids. Take liquid diet in small quantity, at regular time interval. Avoid full meal, take electrolyte solutions to maintain hydration.
If with this measure morning sickness doesn't get relieved then i would advise you to get admit and intra venous fluids and intra venous medicines should be started.
