What Could Cause Low Blood Pressure Levels And Tingling In Hands While Recovering From A Surgery?

Husbands recovering from surgery. He has wound vac and drain on left and right side. His blood pressure is 106/48 he is very weak and has tingling in hands and they are cold. Nurse say his vitals are fine but when he sits up his blood pressure drops. What could be causing this
