What Could Cause Light Periods, Stomach Pain, Dizziness And Black Outs?

Im 16 years old, female. I turn 17 in may. I was at work tonight and i was having lower abdominal pains. i started my period this morning, its very light not heavy and thick and clearish, with little blood. i never get cramps. however i took two midol today because i was having stomach pains and i was having them a few days ago to, but they went away. I was at work tonight and i started getting bad stomach pains and got very dizzy and took a few steps and blacked out, and fell. after i got up i was very hot and pale. why did this happen? my stomach no longer hurts anymore. but i feel very off and unfocused

As per my clinical experience, this condition indicates possible low hemoglobin underlying with menses induced blackout from hormonal fluctuations. We recommend to maintain vital parameters with plenty of liquids and get basic lab tests with complete blood count done.
