What Could Cause Light Brown Vaginal Bleed?

urgent I had my period it was a regular cycle on the 6th of august and it ended on the 11th which is normal for me. I had unprotected sex multiple times with no birth control on the 9th 10th and 11th. yesterday the 21st I noticed brown light blood on ny toliet paper after wiping. all day yesterday I had cramping in my lower abdomen and lower back. today my cramps were severe and the blood is nearly black. there are clots in it. alittle more blood today and it was darker today. I had also been diagnosed with a ovarian cyst about ten years ago. just don t know if I should go to the emergency room.

Intercourse on 1st week of your periods is usually safe, nothing to worry, On 21st means at the time of ovulation time minimal spotting is common, no need to worry.
