What could cause lesions?

I have two lesions that showed up on an mri about 8 months ago. I was exhausted, dizzy, blurry vision and suffered migraines. The symptoms passed about 5 months ago and have all returned. I have been in such pain I have spent the weekend in bed. I am afraid this may be ms. Any thoughts?

Hi,

MS may not show up on MRI as lesions. There can be a recurrence of lesions also. I suggest you consult eye specialist/Neurosurgeon for further discussion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon

A friend of mine s husband just found out he has a lesion on his pancreas. I read that it could be caused by an injury. I know he has a hernia right now and was to be operated on this month. He has to go for more tests. Would that cause the lesion or is it something else?

My 30 year old daughter still sucks her thumb and a pacifier. (Gave up smoking a few years ago). She lost her only sibling at age 14 yrs. to cancer. She is a child of divorced parents. Suffers from migraines, depression, anxiety and ADD. I find sucking a pacifier at her age extremely odd and wonder if something deeper is going on.
