Hi,

I think that most probably you may be having fungal infection called tinea cruris. However, consult the Dermatologist and get confirmation for the diagnosis. I would suggest to apply antifungal cream like terbinafine cream and to take cap itraconazole 100 mg thrice a day for a month and then once a day for two months. Also take antihistaminic like Bilastine 20 mg at night daily. Avoid soap bath, may use Dettol liquid.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
