What Could Cause Itchy, Reddish Skin Lesions On The Wrist With Fluid Oozing Out?

I have been having this itchy, reddish skin lesion over the palmar part of left wrist since 5 days ago. Initially it looked like a group of small blisters, when i scratched it, clear fluid oozed out. Now the ruptured blisters had turned into crust like lesion and new small blisters developed around the crust in a circular like manner.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be contact allergic dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend to take, antibiotic, antihistaminics and oral steroids in tapering dose. And apply mild steroid and antibiotic cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
