What Could Cause Incontinence Of Urine?

HI.err this is awkward but i cant get to a doctor now. i got out of the bath today and peed the floor without noticing any need to pee and without noticing it happen. and after i cant stop leaking. im not pregnant or anything so im worried what it could be?
