General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The issue of incontinence is associated with heavy urinary tract infection causing cystitis.

Needs immediate medical attention and lab reports of complete blood counts, urine microscopy, culture reports.

Primary care with plenty of liquids, cranberry sachets, genital hygiene, avoidance of vaginal sex (if involved), analgesic as ibuprofen tablets.

Definite therapy needs urinary specific antibiotics as per culture sensitivity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
