What Could Cause Hoarse Post Cortisone Injection?
I also have become hoarse, two days after a cortisone injection in the knee. My throat is not sore and I am not sick or showing any other symptoms of illness but this hoarseness has persisted for 3 weeks. I have tried normal solutions for hoarseness but nothing helps. Although doctors say it is not related to the cortisone other people seem to have the same symptom.

Hoarseness is not associated with cortisone injection.
It may be acute laryngitis. Do saline gargles twice daily for a week.
