What Could Cause High BP Levels, Panic Attacks, Facial Flushing And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

I;m on BP meds, last evening my bp spiked up to between 155-181 top number and 83-98 bottom number, I have a mild tingling in my left arm and my face feels flushed but is normal color. I feel panicked , but I don t feel I m under any unusual pressure. I went to bed and fell asleep. Got up now and feel the same BP is 161/98

Hello,

You may need to add your blood pressure meds, to better control your bp. I think that high bp may be the source of your symptoms.

I suggest you monitor your blood pressure and see a doctor for changes in bp meds. An ECG and some routine blood tests I would recommend you to do too.
