Hi,

You have all the symptoms of what appears to be a viral syndrome...quite possibly a "24 hr. Stomach flu" and so concentrate on staying well hydrated by drinking lots of water, cut off pop, coffee, and tea.

If there is a fever that is above 100 degrees you may try taking some Tylenol. I'd avoid NSAID's such as ibuprofen or naproxen since those could upset your stomach.

If you can eat something soft or bland like pudding and such then, great....if not, just stay hydrated. These processes usually pass over a period of a few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
