Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a viral infection or a sinus infection.

What are your actual blood pressure values? Blood pressure fluctuations can also be the cause of your troubles.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests to investigate for the possible causes:

- a sinus X Ray study
- a chest X Ray study
- complete blood count
- PCR, ESR for inflammation

You may need to take antibiotics.

Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
