What Could Cause Headache On One Side Of Head With Sensitivity To Light And Noise?
I have an headache in one side of the head at front and feel bad in light ,noise and other sound activity and it may be for two or three hr in evening timing when came from job I have checked this to a physician but no effect it only happened in summer once in a year.

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to Migraine headache.
Presence of headache on one side of head, which aggravates in presence of light and noise is characteristic for this.
Presenting with such symptoms, I usually treat my patients with:
1. Tablet Amitriptyline 25 mg (twice a day)
2. Tablet Propranolol 20 mg (twice a day)
3. Tablet Sumatriptan (to be taken during acute episode)
