What Could Cause Hands And Legs To Be Severely Cold And Burning Sensation In Stomach?

I have gastritis but tired of feeling burning sensation in my stomach, I'm taking Nexuim where I know there's side effect in the future, so sometimes i stop taking nexuim but taking tums with calcuim after meals. And why my hand and feet are so severe cold if have burning sensation?

I really appreciate your concern, of course it could be gastritis, but the underlying cause of it is matter of concern, if I would be doctor of this case then I would rule out the possibility of drug induced gastritis, and infection that may cause the gastritis, if this is the drug induced then drug has to be stopped,
In either of this case PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) is the best option like Omeprazole 40 mg, but along with this care need to be taken in diet, avoid spicy heavy meal, greasy food, coffee, alcohol, smoking,
Severe burning sensation may cause the cold extremities condition, it may be due to shock or unbearable condition, with the proper treatment and medication it comes around very soon, hope this information helps.
