For gallbladder problem i will suggest you restrict fatty diet i e cream, cheese , butter etc.you will probably need surgery for it at any stage. In my opinion you should meet general surgeon for gallbladder and urologist for kidney problem who will ascertain cause of obstruction by doing ulttasonogram or computed tomography or intra venous urography.
