What Could Cause Frequent Stomach Aches And Bowel Movement?

I've been having many stomach pains, and constantly having to go to the bathroom. The felling of having to go to the bathroom is always there, and it stops me from eating, this has been going on for about a year now, and it's getting really annoying while I'm at school or somewhere, and I spend a bunch of time in the bathroom but the pain and felling of going to the restroom is always there. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
A through physical examination by a physician & stool routine & microscopic test will pin point the causative factor.
the problem can be due to amoebic/bacterial/worm infestation .
Take treatment planned according to diagnosis.apart from this you have to take personal care in form of-
- light & easily digestible food, lot of boiled water with salt & sugar to avoid dehydration.
- avoid self infection by following proper hygine.
- avoid psychological stress./eating out/spicy food.
Thanks
