What Could Cause Extreme Fatigue, Have Hypothyroidism, Acidosis And Retinitis Pigmentosa?

Recently i have been getting extreme tiredness so much that i could sleep 2 to 4 hours a day and feel tired it happens about once a fortnight. I have an underactive thyroid which has just been balanced i have weight of 86 kilos and it can flucuate to 88kilos . I have difficulty losing weight started running a couple of weeks ago and lost weight for the first time in along time. this tiredness usually lasts a day when it happens. i am not sure if it chronic fatique or diabetes but when it happens i reach for a teaspoon of glucose and i come right. I had acidosis as a child just to mention but have also had recent attacks which is being investigated as they think i might have adhesions again. I have retinitispigmentosa and i noice my vision is goes a bit funny to

In my opinion your doctor should lower your thyroid dose if you are taking 75 mg then it should be 50

recheck your TSH and T4 levels
