What Could Cause Elevated Heart Rate?
My heart is beating too fast and is thumping. I have noises in my ears like white noise which I think is tinnitus but is very loud at the moment. I have had chest pains this evening and a pain in my left shoulder. Could these be a symptom of stress or something more serious?
