What Could Cause Dizzy?
I am 39 years old- femail. Had some old badams & new badams mixed in blender with dates/milk at 11 pm (remains of my son)., he drank half & i drank the remaining. since 4am, 6aqm, i feel dizzy . threw up & went motion normal. but, still feeling very dizzy, i have no blood pressure issues

According to me this is due to some kind of allergy due to almonds(nuts).Suggest to avoid them in the future.I were to advise to take adequate rest.Drink plenty of fluids.You shall get well soon.If these episodes repeat I were to investigate by doing a carotid doppler and plan futher management.
