What Could Cause Dizziness, Echoing In The Ears, Slight Nausea And Inability To Keep Good Balance?

Some time earlier yesterday, i was in the restroom (And i think that s besides the point) and i suddenly got a random spell of dizziness, echoing in the ears, slight nausea and the inability to keep good balance. I sat down and it dissipated, and i didn t get it since. Do you have any idea what happened?
