What Could Cause Dizziness And Vomiting Sensation?

Hi Dr.
I have felt dizzy when sleeping on my left side. it has happened 3 times with me. And sometimes I have vomited while feeling dizziness. the last time wasn"t very intense. This last time, I woke up at night and went to clean my bowels and felt a better.
I have felt a lump in my stomach. I would like to know if its related to this lump or is it food poising or something else. Please help me

Hi,
It seems that there might not be having any relation with lump in abdominal.
You might be having some problem in your ear or spondilitis in your cervical spines.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Meanwhile you can take Stematil or Vertin tablet as and when required.
Ok and take care.
