hello sie i have been taking ofloxacin and oenidazole for 3 days I had symptoms of diarrhea ,and i was feeling extremely weak during the night of symptoms first started....i also felt nauseated when i took water that night i was very much dehydrated even though i didnot used toilet so much ...
Currently i am going average 3-4 times and having liquid type shit and it has a lot of mucus on it and

sir,
I see that you have diarrhea and you have not commented anything about fever,so as of now it looks like you have food poisoning.
As you say it has been 3days you are in need of further evaluation like complete blood counts,WIDAL and stool for culture and parasites.All of which would further help to narrow down to causal organism.
But for now you can increase dietary potassium and use racecadotril 10mg tablets or 100mg sachets to be dissolved in 200ml water, twice daily.
