What Could Cause Delay In Periods?

Hi! I had a laproscopic myomectomy.I had my first periods after the surgery but now it's two months i didn't have my periods.I am prescribed dronis 30 for fifteen days. Will it help. I am worried as why after once i had periods why i didn't have periods again

I really appreciate your concern let me tell you that the Tubercular infection and the treatment of this infection both causes certain degree of disturbance in menses bleeding on either side, like these may delay the period or may increase the flow but this comes around as the disease start getting well, take care and have a nice day.
