Hi there, Dear Gauri, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Please do not panic.

Negative pregnancy test and delayed periods can be due to absence of ovulation. This can happen due to disturbance in the hormone system responsible for ovulation or due to PCOS- polycystic ovarian syndrome.

If you have history of unprotected sex activity in this cycle, and you have any doubt about pregnancy then blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for antispasmodic like Dicyclomine to relieve your abdominal pain.
You can simply wait for the onset of the periods or opt for progesterone withdrawal bleeding. Your treating doctor can guide you about the dose and withdrawal bleeding.

I will suggest you to get USG done to know about the ovarian status, to rule out PCOS. Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Avoid refined sugars, deep fried foods and bakery products in the daily diet.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
