Hi,

Right lower quadrant pain may be due to
1. Appendicitis.
2. Right ureteric calculi.
3. Colitis.
4. Right ovarian pain.
5. Infections etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get one ultrasound abdomen and urine examination.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Drink plenty of water.

Use Meftal Spas. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
