What Could Cause Chest Discomfort?

Hi Doctor,
My mother felt uncomfortable with chest and admitted to hospital.BP was high(90/160) and then (120/190).the cardialogist prescribed cilacar T tablets and also done all the tests (blood test,urine test,ecg,thyroid test ) Doctor told all results are good but she had 10% cholestarl.and prescribed few medicines.its 3 years back her mensus stopped and I observed she is having WEARINESS while talking.I am not sure what is her condition and what should be the future course of action.Is she suffered from heart attack ? Please help me with information by analysing her condition.Now present Blood pressure level is (90/140).please reply sir,I am tensed

I really appreciate your concern the history given here is not suggestive of heart attack but this could be menopausal syndrome, she must have gone through the EKG test if there is some changes then that would have been detected in EKG, and you must have been informed about this, if EKG was not done then get it done to clear the doubt, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
