What Could Cause Burning During Urination?
My 9 yr old daughter says she has the urge to pee several times after she has already gone. She also complaines of burning when she goes. She has what seems to be an on going psoriasis issue on her scalp that has been misdiagnosed until today but we are awaiting an appointment with the dermatologist. She was also diagnosed with bad strep/mild scarlet fever and put on antibiotics. My question: Burns during urination csuses?

Burning urination may indicate UTI(urinary tract infection).
Your daughter may need proper antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
She may need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME and culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of KUB region.
She should drink lot of water.
