What Could Cause Black Stools, Severe Gas And Stomach Pain With History Of Throwing Up, Diarrhea With Passing Out?

For the past 3 days my stools have been black. No stomach pain now but I ve been bothered by severe gas and occasional bouts of my stomach aching as though contorting and then easing off but doing so for long lengths of time and then disappears for days but does come back. Also, and it may not be connected at all but around mid-March I experienced about 1/2 of a day with severe throwing up and diareehea (sp) and when I first started throwing up, I passed out and then again later that day during a bout of throwing up I felt as though I was not completely conscious and thought I maybe had passed out.
