Hi,

She has been having prolonged bleeding due to Hormonal effect of the contraceptive pill.

Kindly mention she had taken which pill levonorgestrel or combined pill as an emergency contraceptive.

If your bleeding doesn't stop in 1-2 days then consult a nearby gynecologist for detailed evaluation.

Meanwhile, the tranexamic acid tablet can be prescribed for her bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
