What Could Cause Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

Hi, my name is Val and I have light blood when I wipe after urinating and I have no uterus. This is not all the time and I sometimes have abdominal and lower back pain. There has been a time or 2 when the right lip (not sure of name) of my vagina was swollen. I am wondering if I can just drink cranberry juice to help. I just got off of antibiotics for a tooth infection and not sure if that had anything to do with it.

Hi,

Based on your history, your symptoms denote the presence of urinary tract infection or urinary stones. I would suggest you take urine routine, culture and sensitivity, ultrasound to identify the cause. You should be started on antibiotics based on the results. Yes, you can take cranberry juice which can help in relieving burning symptoms while urination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
