Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to migraine.

From the other hand a sinus infection or inflammation can not be excluded either.

I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam, a sinus X ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate).

I would also advise you to closely monitor your blood pressure in sitting and standing up position.

If all these tests result normal, and your blood pressure values are normal, there is nothing to worry about.

Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Aida

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted you have throbbing headache.
First get your blood pressure measurement as hypertension can lead headache.

If you have repeated diarrhea and heat intolerance thyroid profile done....

If pain repeated and exacerbated by flashes or bright light then migraine can be there...

Triggering factors for headache rule out like....
-smoking
-inadequate sleep
-irregular meals
-hypoglycemia
-loud noise
-stress....

Muscle relaxation exercise useful.
Peppermint oil inhalation open sinuses and iimprove brain blood flow....
So good remedy...

Coffe good for headache.....
Yoga useful...

If still pain increasing CT scan done to rule out organic cause.
