When I m in the shower I always use luke warm water only. And everytime I m in the shower my knees get real stiff on me. They get Real Red above and below my knees. AndI was wondering if somebody can tell me why this happens? Both my knees pop (crack)real loud and build up pressure. There s a lot more going with my knees that I Would Love for someone to Help Me with. Thank you so Very Much.

Hello,
Thanks for your query.
It looks looks loke some sort of infective process is going aroung your knee joint,as there is no history of trauma. It will be better you consult a good orthopedician and go for MRI knee. It will solve all query, as it is the best diagnostic modality for knee joint.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
