Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It seems to be photodermatitis. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a sunscreen lotion on the sun exposed areas 2-3 times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
