What Could Cause A Lump Under The Incision Scar After An Anterior Approach?

I had a THR anterior approach six months ago. two weeks ago a small, golf ball size lump/mass/hard spot appeared under the incision scar. Over the last two days it has grown from golf ball to plumb to baseball size. Any idea why something like should happen 6 months after surgery? I have been, potentially overly, active over the last 2-3 days, and am taking it really slow today & icing the area regularly

Hi
While coughing or straining is that lump size increasing or is there increase in pain while coughing.
If you have above signs then you should get ultrasonography done of that part to see for incisional hernia which gets after operation.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
