Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Pus Cells in urine indicate infection, your count of 18-20/hpf is high.,upto 5 pus cells is taken as normal.RBCs 13-15/hpf is also high Normally a few epithelial cells from the bladder or external urethra can be found in the urine sediment however in urinary tract infections/inflammation more epithelial cells are present. Your wife has urinary tract infection.Carry on with the course of antibiotics she will be cured .
Some calcuim oxalateis are not serious at all they are generally related to diet but may sometimes be related to stone.
Take care!

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
you have some urinary tract infection so just take a course of antibiotics. No need to worry. Calcium oxalate crystals are normally present in urine. Its normal finding. So not clinically significant. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
