What Could Black Stool With Abdominal Pain Suggest?

So for the past 3 days my stool has been a tan beige color the first day I threw up 2 of those days. Monday morning I threw up as well and now I have been feeling as though i will be sick if i eat to much. I also get bad abdominal pains about a half hour to an hour after i eat. The pains are getting more intense and stool is a tan diarrea now. I know this may be to much info but i need to know if this may be a serious matter and if i should go to the hospital
