Hello,

I read your message and understood your medical problem.

Before I run into conclusions I need you to send a photo of the pill and add some further information about the purpose why you need to take this drug.

Clarithromycin is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in the skin and respiratory system, also to fight Helicobacter pylori - a bacteria of the stomach that causes ulcers. Dosage varies according to the purpose of use.

There are many other drugs that are produced as white and oblong pills but the clarithromycin pills are also white and oblong and it is much possible that the pharmacy has given the right drug to you. If you need to be sure you can check the drug on the internet by using these keywords: color, shape, and the number written over the pill.

I hope this is useful for you.

Thank you.
